This was important to us as we moved through the home-buying process because there's a lot of documentation and things that need to be signed quickly, and Don stayed on top of it all and was quick to answer any and all questions we had throughout.
We hit some bumps in the road because of a long escrow--we put an offer down before the house was built, and then the COVID-19 pandemic hit, which delayed a few things toward the end of the process. There were times where the process felt too overwhelming, but Don always helped to get us through.

The Clemons are a kind, timely, and honest real estate group who helped us find and purchase our first home! We are a young couple who had been looking to buy a house in Portland for over 3 years. We had been working with another realtor consistently but our offers hadn't been accepted. We met Don at an open house and he showed instantly that he was a knowledgable agent who was willing to take the time to show us the ups and downs of the home we were looking at.
